Montego believes that all its employees have the potential to grow, both professionally and personally. The Montego Academy is a platform to facilitate the Learning and Development of employees through various training initiatives, which are aligned to the continuous growth of Montego Pet Nutrition and the need for the development of all employees.

 

A range of courses is presented to: 

  • Enhance an employee’s skills in their current position

  • Broaden knowledge not related to an employee’s current position.

  • Facilitate on-the-job/in-house learning interventions.

  • Ensure succession planning.

 

The application window for the voluntary training programs will be announced, and employees will have an opportunity to apply.
